Forecast for cooler weather here by the end of the week. Don't know about Manila though.
Yes, you seemed to be sleeping peacefully so I didn't disturb you.

Hi, BB OK here thanks. Guess that's more work been done on your back? Sorry, that's not worded very well. Makes you sound like a motorway! Treatment.... that's a better word. How are you now? What happened on your website?

The back is improving ..... Slowly. I havent had that much more done to it medically, Im just having physio + raiki sessions. Im back driving again, which I havent been able to do for the past couple of years ...... and Im back working fulltime again.
Anyhoo .... the forum was hacked into and they completely wiped everything off it. I cant even log back in.

Yes, that sounds much better, BB. Your health I mean, not your forum. I've heard of raiki, that must have helped? What do they do with you for that?

I've heard of raiki, that must have helped? What do they do with you for that? Reiki is the Japanese version of 'hands on' healing ...

Read that thanks. Is that where you go? The Rainbow Centre in Beverley? That would be one hell of a drive up if I did . I live in Hampshire. .... A friend of mine does it. We trained as nurses together + she moved over into 'alternative therapy' a few years later.

Ah yes. A bit too far to Beverley for you. Just that I know the town quite well. Nice place if you are ever in East Yorkshire.
Yes, I know an ex-nurse who went in to the alternative therapies. Much better than most of the drugs they would pump in to us.

Much better than most of the drugs they would pump in to us. I know Beverley as well .... a friend of mine used to live there ..... Im glad I got out of nursing when I did on a personal level .... but I miss having a job with the same amount of job satisfaction + achievement.

Nursing would not have been too good for your back. The patients would have been looking after you!
Yeah... Beverley... how many pubs can you get round one market square?

The town's name means 'Beaver Stream'. That's from the animal which was once common in Britain. Little bit of history there.........
